1. Services

Maths Proofread provides professional academic and research support services, including but not limited to proofreading, editing, formatting, translation, statistical analysis, data collection, publication support, conference management, training, and consultancy services.

All services are performed based on the agreed quotation, scope of work, and turnaround time.

2. Pricing and Quotations

Service fees vary depending on the document type, word count, complexity, turnaround time, and specific client requirements.

A quotation will be provided before work commences. Prices displayed on our website are indicative only and may vary depending on project specifications.

3. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Payment is due upon completion of the agreed service.
For selected projects, full or partial upfront payment may be required before work begins.

Payments may be made via:
– Bank Transfer
– Credit/Debit Card
– DuitNow QR
– Touch ‘n Go eWallet
– PayPal
– Western Union
– Other approved payment methods offered by Maths Proofread.

4. Revision Policy

Maths Proofread offers complimentary revisions for existing content within one (1) month from the initial delivery date.

Free revisions cover corrections relating to the original scope of work only.

Any new content, additional requests, or changes beyond the original agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Clients may request cancellation before the service has been fully completed.

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work completed:

– Up to 100% refund for eligible cancellations before work has commenced.
– Partial refund (typically between 40% and 100%) may be granted depending on the percentage of work completed.
– No refund will normally be provided once the agreed service has been fully completed and delivered.

Duplicate or accidental payments will be refunded after verification.

Approved refunds will normally be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method where applicable.

6. Confidentiality

Maths Proofread treats all client information and submitted documents as strictly confidential.

Documents will only be accessed by authorised personnel involved in the assigned project and will never be disclosed to third parties without the client’s prior written consent unless required by law.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

Clients retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all original documents submitted.

Maths Proofread claims no ownership over the client’s work.

8. Data Retention

Completed project files are securely retained for up to ten (10) days after project completion to facilitate revisions or technical support, after which they may be permanently deleted from our system.

9. Limitation of Liability

While every reasonable effort is made to ensure service quality and accuracy, Maths Proofread shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
