Who We Are

Established in 2011, Maths Proofread is a multidisciplinary academic support and research solutions company serving researchers, institutions, government agencies and university presses, across the region.

Headquartered in Nilai, Negeri Sembilan, the company provides end-to-end academic support services including proofreading, editing, formatting, publication assistance, conference management, data collection, and research analysis. Maths Proofread is also developing its own proprietary Conference Management System (CMS) to enhance digital conference operations and academic event management.

Supported by more than 30 in-house editors with diverse subject expertise, the company operates continuously, seven days a week, delivering structured and quality-controlled support across various academic and professional disciplines.

To date, Maths Proofread has supported more than 100,000 documents and served over 10,000 clients globally. The company actively collaborates with institutions including Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM), Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA), INTI University, and Universiti Islam Selangor, while supporting 35 to 40 academic, innovation and conference events annually.

Expanding its regional presence, the company is also actively collaborating with universities in Indonesia, including the ICAETSC2026 international conference in Batam, Indonesia, in collaboration with Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM).
