At Maths Proofread, customer satisfaction is important to us. As our services involve professional time, expertise, and customised work, refunds are assessed based on the progress of the project.

 1. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a cancellation request is received before any work has commenced, the client may be eligible for a full refund (100%), excluding any applicable payment processing charges.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Started

If work has already commenced, a partial refund may be granted depending on the percentage of work completed.

Generally:

• • Up to 100% refund – Work has not yet started.
• • Partial refund (40%–90%) – Work has commenced but has not been completed.
• • No refund – The agreed service has been fully completed and delivered.

The final refund amount will be determined based on the actual work completed by our editorial or project team.

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

Where appropriate, Maths Proofread will first offer revisions in accordance with our Revision Policy before considering a refund.

Free revisions are available within one (1) month from the initial delivery date for corrections related to the original scope of work.

4. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

Any duplicate or accidental payments will be fully refunded after verification.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will normally be processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days via the original payment method, subject to the processing time of the respective bank or payment provider.

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be provided under the following circumstances:

• • The agreed service has been completed and delivered.
• • The client changes their mind after work has commenced.
• • The client requests additional work beyond the original agreed scope.
• • Delays caused by the client’s late response or failure to provide the required information or documents.
